EULA and Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how TrackSense may be installed, activated, and used.
Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you download, install, activate, or use TrackSense. By using TrackSense, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
2. Licence
TrackSense grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for DJ library analysis, recommendation, and related workflow features. You do not own the software itself.
3. Activation limits
Solo licences are valid on one computer. Pro licences are valid on two computers. Activation may require a licence key, email address, app version, and a device identifier so TrackSense can verify the licence and apply the correct activation limit.
4. Offline activation token
After successful activation, TrackSense may store a signed local activation token so the app can continue working without checking online every time it launches. TrackSense may still need to reconnect periodically for licence validation, support, updates, fraud prevention, or device changes.
5. Restrictions
You must not copy, resell, sublicense, share licence keys, bypass activation, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or distribute TrackSense except where the law gives you a right that cannot be excluded.
6. Third-party services
TrackSense may work alongside third-party DJ software, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, website hosting, and update hosting. Serato, Rekordbox, Windows, and macOS are referenced only to describe compatibility. TrackSense is an independent product and is not endorsed by those brands.
7. Updates
TrackSense may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, or feature changes. Some updates may be required for security, licensing, or compatibility.
8. Refunds and consumer rights
Refunds are handled in line with the checkout provider's process and any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Availability and compatibility
TrackSense is provided for supported Windows and macOS environments. Compatibility can depend on your operating system, music library, DJ software version, metadata quality, and local setup.
10. Liability
TrackSense is provided to support DJ workflow decisions, but you remain responsible for checking tracks, mixes, libraries, backups, and performance setups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackSense is not liable for lost profits, lost data, failed performances, or indirect losses.
11. Termination
Your licence may be suspended or terminated if you breach these terms, misuse the activation system, share keys, or attempt to bypass licensing. If this happens, you must stop using TrackSense.
12. Contact
